Reservation Policy<\/h1>\n

RESERVATION GUARANTEE<\/strong><\/p>\n

To complete the reservation, the guest is required to pay in advance 30% of the total accommodation cost by deposit to a bank account. The amount of the deposit cannot be less than the cost of one night\u2019s stay. The reservation is considered void if the deposit amount has not been paid within the agreed time frame.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

For cancellations made at least 21 days prior to your arrival, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you have paid. For cancellations or changes made later, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/p>\n

COMPENSATION FOR CHANGE OF STAY DURATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon your arrival, we confirm the agreed departure date. The rates that have been set depend on the date of your reservation and the length of your stay. In case you decide to depart earlier than the agreed period, the price is subject to change unless otherwise specified. In addition, you will be charged compensation for early departure equal to 50% of the agreed daily room rate for the number of nights cancelled.<\/p>\n
