Reservation Policy

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

To complete the reservation, the guest is required to pay in advance 30% of the total accommodation cost by deposit to a bank account. The amount of the deposit cannot be less than the cost of one night’s stay. The reservation is considered void if the deposit amount has not been paid within the agreed time frame.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made at least 21 days prior to your arrival, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you have paid. For cancellations or changes made later, the deposit is non-refundable.

COMPENSATION FOR CHANGE OF STAY DURATION

Upon your arrival, we confirm the agreed departure date. The rates that have been set depend on the date of your reservation and the length of your stay. In case you decide to depart earlier than the agreed period, the price is subject to change unless otherwise specified. In addition, you will be charged compensation for early departure equal to 50% of the agreed daily room rate for the number of nights cancelled.

NUMBER OF ROOMS AND ROOM TYPES

The rooms are equipped and feature a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a hairdryer.

The room options include the following:

Double room with 2 single beds or 1 double bed
Triple room

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in at Hotel Alexandra takes place from 15:00 (any other time upon prior arrangement).
Check-out takes place until 12:00.

In case of stay beyond this time and up to 18:00, you will be required to pay 50% of the daily rate, while for stay beyond 18:00, you will be required to pay the full daily rate for that day.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The settlement of the remaining balance of the accommodation cost is made during or at the end of the stay. The method and time of payment may vary. Hotel Alexandra accepts the following methods of payment:

BABY COT

For children from 0 to 2 years old, a baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

INABILITY TO PROVIDE SERVICES

In the event that our hotel is unable to provide the rooms on the agreed dates due to mechanical, electronic or human error, or in cases of unforeseen circumstances, it will make every possible effort to provide guests with accommodation in an equivalent property in the area for the nights in question and will bear the cost of any difference in price (if applicable) and the cost of transporting guests to that property. If the above cannot be ensured, our hotel will refund the guest the value of the stay as agreed.
